We are pleased to introduce a new version of SCout flasher v1.16.

With this release, we present

  1. The phone models W388 and W396 are added to the list of SCout supported.
  2. Interface improvements. Added direct link to the manual from every tab and Connect/Disconnect SCout button in SCout section.
