Reorganized flash file names

From now on, the flash files for the following models: C380, C381, C381p, C385, C390, C650, C651, C975, C980, E1, E1000, E1070, E375, E378i, E398, E399, E550, E790, V180, V188, V190, V191, V195, V197, V220, V235, V300, V303, V303p and V80. that contain SP lock, are having the word Locked in the end of the file name. Branded flash files contain NP name at the end.
