SCout Dongle Project - Reorganized flash file names

From now on, the flash files for the following models: V3re, V3xx, V3xx I-mode, V3xx Untypical, V6, V9, W5, W490 and W510 that contain SP lock, are having the word Locked in the end of the file name.
