We are pleased to introduce a new version of SCout flasher v1.10.

With this release we present:

1. Added support for the following models.
• C139
• C139v
• C140
2. P2K models data library updated.
3. Enabled support of *.top files format for Chi Mei based models.

The models C139, C139v and C140 should be flashed as Compal based handsets. Detailed flashing information can be found in Assist section at www.scoutdongle.com. Flash files for specified above models are added to SCout section at www.boot-loader.com.
